A $25 diagnostic fee is applied to all advanced repairs. This covers troubleshooting and a detailed assessment of your device. If a repair cannot be completed due to component uncertainty, irreparable damage, or unavailable parts, the diagnostic fee is retained.
If the customer has prepaid the full repair cost, any unused portion of that payment will be refunded after deducting the diagnostic fee. For example, if a repair was quoted at $100 and cannot be completed, the refund would be $75.

Repair times vary depending on the type of service and parts availability. Simple repairs, like cable fixes or port replacements, are often completed within 1–3 business days. More complex repairs, including circuit boards or major component replacements, typically require 3–10 business days. You will always be provided with an estimated completion time during the diagnostic process.
- 03
Customers have 30 days from repair completion to pick up their device. Devices not picked up within 45 days will be considered forfeit and may be disposed of.
- 04
We do! Please submit a repair form online before mailing your device. Repairs will be started after the device is received and the diagnostic fee is processed.
- 05
If a repair requires a major hardware swap, we have an option to buy the broken component from you. Pricing is evaluated based on condition and type of component.
