Our goal is always a successful fix, and we stand by our work with a No Fix, No Charge guarantee on our repair labor. If we cannot repair your device, you don't pay for the repair attempt.
However, to be fully transparent, there are a few standard conditions and exceptions to this policy:
The Diagnostic Fee: The standard $50 diagnostic fee still applies even if the device is unrepairable. This covers the technician's bench time, disassembly, and detailed inspection required to make that determination.
Replacement Hardware: If specific replacement parts had to be purchased to attempt your repair, you will still be responsible for the cost of that hardware.
High-Risk & Prior Damage: This guarantee may not apply to highly specialized repairs, devices with physical damage, or devices that have had prior unsuccessful repair attempts by others.
Our Promise to You: We believe in zero surprises. If your device falls into a high-risk category where the "No Fix, No Charge" guarantee does not apply, we will always inform you in advance before proceeding. We will clearly communicate if the attempt is "at your own risk" and if you will be liable for the full cost regardless of the outcome, allowing you to make an informed decision.
